Refund policy
Given the nature of perishable products and the need to uphold health and hygiene standards, we unfortunately cannot accommodate returns for items that have been purchased and received. You can always contact us for any return question at admin@beudankafishing.com.au.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception before accepting delivery to ensure the item is not defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that returns are not accepted once the delivery has been acknowledged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to inspect your order upon reception before accepting delivery, so that we can evaluate the issue. Once the issue is agreed and an exchange is accepted, a separate purchase for the new item can then be actioned.

Refunds
We will notify you at the time of reception of delivery and let you know if a refund will be approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
